It’s time to find some help.

I know you’ve tried to handle this yourself – the thoughts, the memories, the fear and sadness – but it’s hard. Maybe you’ve never talked about these things before. Or maybe you’ve tried and had someone invalidate you, reject you, encourage you to put it behind you, or simply not get it. You think talking with a therapist might help. A therapist will validate and not judge,

but the thought of therapy can be daunting too.

Therapy can be uncomfortable at times, for sure, but

WHEN YOU'RE WITH THE RIGHT THERAPIST FOR YOU, YOU WILL FEEL SAFE AND HEARD.

You want someone who is calm, gentle, and compassionate. Someone who listens deeply with curiosity and acceptance, never with criticism or blame. Someone who won’t boss you around. You don’t want to be talked out of anything or talked into anything. You want to learn how to manage your emotions and communicate better,

and mostly you want to be rid of what keeps you from moving forward.

I COULD BE YOUR THERAPIST!

Research has found that the most important factor in the success of therapy is the “goodness of fit”. It’s difficult to know

if we are a good fit without meeting. So, please set up your free 15-minute meet and greet.

(Please note that I have a waitlist at this time.)
